Jack will be charged with overseeing and continually improving the work and operations of Student Services, the Office of the Registrar, and Information Technology for Admissions. JoAnn Jack has been promoted to the role of associate dean, student administrative services. Harvey will also continue to lead Student Services operation, which provides front-line service to students, parents, faculty, and staff. Harvey will take on more responsibility in the registrar’s office, overseeing teams that maintain student records, course data, and space scheduling. Sarah Harvey has been promoted to the role of registrar for the schools of Arts and Sciences and Engineering. She also authored content for the book Pantsuit Nation. Prior to its merger with Supermajority, Caldara was the director of community engagement for the Pantsuit Nation Foundation, where she developed diversity, equity, and inclusion training materials to support her team of online moderators in facilitating difficult discussions around race, gender, and other systemically marginalized groups. Prior to joining Tufts, Caldara was the senior manager of learning and development at Supermajority, a nonprofit organization working to advance gender equity through education, training, storytelling, and activism. Grace Caldara has been named the new director of the Center for STEM Diversity.
